HOW DO I FIND THE TIME TO EXERCISE?
Finding the time to exercise can be
a major problem with todays hectic
schedule. Between work, business obligations,
housekeeping duties, taking care of the
kids needs, social obligations, finding
the time to relax, and so on and so on
..
it may seem impossible to fit 30-60 minutes
of exercise into your daily routine.
The thing to remember is
that you must make it a priority and
not let other things come before exercise.
When you really want to do something,
you find the time to do it, dont
you?? Well, exercise should be that way,
too. Its an essential part of controlling
your weight permanently and thats
important to you, isnt it?
Here are some ideas for
finding time to exercise:
- Schedule exercise into your day
as you would a business appointment.
- Take a walk at lunchtime.
- Wake up a little earlier and take
a walk.
- Trade off a babysitting hour with
a neighbor. Your neighbor can babysit
while you exercise, then you babysit
for your neighbor while they exercise
or run errands.
- Analyze your daily routine and determine
what activities you can eliminate
or shorten to make room for exercise.
